A tribute to legendary bassist Marcus Miller and was produced in Japan until 2015.
This is an early one from the early nineties. The condition of the bass is very good however there are playing marks and there
is one 'chip' in the dark part of the sunburst (which can be fixed well: see picture)
The fretwork is great, the neck feel smooth and plays fast. The sound is really all you would expect from a mid seventies ash/maple
jazz bass with the added active circuit.
Specifications:
- Body: ash
- Neck: Maple with a maple fingerboard, featuring white binding and pearl block inlays.
- Frets: 20 medium jumbo frets.
- 34" scale
- 4200 grams
- Bridge: Leo Quan Badass II, known for its improved sustain and stability.
- Pickups: Two vintage-style Jazz Bass single-coil pickups.
- Electronics: Active 2-band EQ with a switch between active and passive. In passive mode there is a 'vintage tone control'!
